Suspended Account

My account has a communications ban placed on it for taking screen shots of the playboy centerfolds in Mafia 3, these pictures where AUTOMATICALLY posted on the community notice board. After l took the first screenshot l checked the notice board and there
wasnt a picture posted, there must of been a delay because if l had of seen it l would have deleted it, so l continued to take these screen shots next thing l know lve got a 29hr ban.

Can l turn off the auto posting of screenshots and comments in a private locked members only no minors club so that ONLY the members see the posts?

Whats the bloody point of restricted content( l thought these pictures would have been stopped from being autoposted) some of these games have nude images and/or characters in them people are going to take screenshots of them does everyone get a comms ban?

If these pictures offended anybody lm sorry but l didn't realize they where autoposted.

Wouldnt it be better for customer relations for the enforcement team to just delete the inappropriate pictures and send a message to the customer saying something like dear blah blah so the pictures of woteva dont get autoposted could you please change
your settings to such and such so you dont offend anyone sensitivities. If you dont we will be forced to ban you for x amount of time.

Wouldnt that be better than aggravating your long time loyal customers??

And why cant we get hold of the enforcement team?

Meaningless Suspension

I got suspended till year 9999 and due to the actions I made and reasons I was given I highly Contest Against this Illegitimate action Microsoft made to my account

Suspending for things I did not do I would very much appreciate my account back
