Hello my account was suspended again and I would like this suspension to be withdrawn

I explain my problem: A person has fun to constantly add me in groups to share his channel youtube and these capture xbox so gone annoyance and annoyance I insult him so here is the reason for my suspense and I think that has
force this is comprensive!

Are there any other ways that i can send a message to enforcment, i do not have a suspencion so i cant do a case review, isnt there like a report area i can report my issue with out reporting my profile ‘
