Surgeon simulator 2 error with interner, but i have it

As per checking, seems like the game support is aware of the issue and already working on deploying a fix as soon as possible.

Regarding the issue that you have, I recommend that you try following the steps provided below:

1. Press the Windows button on your device or keyboard, or you can select the Windows icon in the lower-left corner of the main screen.
   
2. Select Settings > Gaming, and then select Xbox Networking.
   
3. Under Xbox Live multiplayer, make sure Internet connection says Connected.
   

To troubleshoot your connection try restarting your router, while it's restarting please perform a restart to your PC as well.

As per checking, Crossplay will only be available between Steam & Epic players this is from the game developer themselves.

Crossplay between Xbox player and PC player will depend on the game developer.

Yes, we are all playing surgeon simulator 2 through Xbox gamepass but the only diffference is that i'm on pc platform and they're not.
