    Surge Video Game Crashes After Load Screen


    Need some help folks. I bought a digital download of The Surge through the Microsoft Store. After downloading completed, I attempted to play the game. After pressing the "A" button from the Start screen, the game freezes then completely crashes. I made
    sure that my system met the specifications required to play the game (which it did). I even executed a clean and complete deletion and re-download, but to no avail. Is there anything that can be done to fix this issue?

    My xbox keeps taking ages to load, I then have to fully refresh it for it to work, even then sometimes the friends part doesnt show up.

    The Xbox One's Power supply already has a surge protector. If you use an extension plug/adapter with a surge protector you may run to issues as the console will be double surge protected.

    If you'e not providing sufficient power to the console, it may become unresponsive, fail to load games and apps, and crash during game-play.
