Surge 2 on PC Game Pass wont Launch. App appears on task bar but just shuts down

I have downloaded Surge 2 (multipe times now) and am having the same issue. I launch the game and the icon appears on the task bar however after a few seconds it just closes down. No error message or anything. I have other games installed from game pass
and they all work fine. Everything is up to date and I have tried re installing the game 4 times now.

Any help or advice would be great. Thanks.

Hey,

I actually managed to get it working yesterday. I had made 2 changes, a few days back I uninstalled Bullguard. I had previously disabled it when trying to get the game to work but it had no effect so don't know if this actually helped solve the issue or
not. The second change was to install it on my secondary hard drive and it now works.

were you able to find anything? i tried to talk with xbox reps and they all just ghosted me one told me the game wasn't available for pc at all.

Same here. I try all and nothing, format pc, dowload in 3 diferent drives, 2 ssd 1 hdd and nothing.

Hi!

Do you have the minimum requirements required by the game?

Try to restore the app and relaunch the game (Settings->App->Select your game->Advanced options->Reset).

I have 1909 installed and have just tried to run as administrator, get a pop up to allow app to make changes which Ive accepted, and get the same result.
