    Natively you can't play Xbox games in your PC.
    Only the titles available in the Microsoft store / Xbox game pass. (Or third party stores like Steam, Epic, etc)

    But, you can play xbox games via cloud gaming. But for this you need to have game pass ultimate and live in a supported country

    The Surface 2 also has an upgraded CPU in it as well. It uses a Tegra 4 compared to the Tegra 3 in the Surface.

    Me too. I can't sign in with Microsoft Jackpot on my Surface Book, but the game works fine on my Surface 3. Deleting and reinstalling the app on my Surface Book made no difference.

    Correction: this is NOT working on a Surface Pro 3. Interestingly on my Surface Pro 3 the app was still open from last night so it looked like it was working. After closing it and trying to launch it again, I now have the same instant crash issue on this
    device :(

    Can you download the game to a Flash SDHC card inserted into the Surface Pro 3?

    I found I can download it, but it won't play and get error. I had to install Halo Wars 2 Definitive Edition on the hard drive of the Surface Pro 3. then it worked. is that normal?
