    Hello, I just bought the following item on the store: Supporter eSports 4 to 9.99 €. I wanted to open its contents via the online site https: //gearsofwar.com/en ... during the loading page, my article has disappeared, and is not available.

    I did not have access to the item content... I want to be reimbursed, or to know if there is a possibility to re-download the purchased article so that I can access its contents. Thank you in advance...
