    I can not get through to any support!! It just keeps coming up with an virtual agent saying hello and it freezes doesn’t let me do anything, and it also will not ring me back keeps saying try again,how am I supposed to talk to someone about money coming out of my bank!!! The one time I did manage to connect its like they was pretending they couldn’t see me messages

    It depends on which console you're asking about. The forums for 360 Support and Xbox One support both have sub categories that you could select.

    What seems to be the problem though?
