    Microsoft no longer offers Xbox One support with hardware related issues. If problems can't be solved by a power cycle or unplugging and plugging back in of cables. They won't help you. I'm trying to figure out why my Xbox One X no longer recognizes my
    TV as HDR 10, and 10 bit. It has always shown a check ✔ beside them in the past. But now its only showing a check beside the 4K 60p. I already contacted support for my TV. They confirmed that my TV DOES support 4K 60p and HDR 10 and 10 bits. It just doesn't
    support Dolby Vision. But that part is ok. I've already done several power cycles and unplugged them several times today to try to fix my issue. Nothing is working. Really considering switching to PlayStation. They don't have problems like Xbox does. How am
    I supposed to purchase the next generation Xbox when Microsoft can't sell reliable performance.

    It depends on which console you're asking about. The forums for 360 Support and Xbox One support both have sub categories that you could select.

    What seems to be the problem though?
