    Does anyone know how to contact a REAL person via phone call for help with an xbox? i've been trying for over an hour and concluded microsfot is the worst at customer service. absolutely awful. or if anyone knows how to fix external hardrives that would
    be clutch too. please let me know

    It depends on which console you're asking about. The forums for 360 Support and Xbox One support both have sub categories that you could select.

    What seems to be the problem though?
