    Modern Warfare 3 works just fine on Xbox Live but I'm having trouble getting GTA V to work online as well as World of Tanks to work online with Xbox Live what could be the problem

    It's not about any of the Xbox's it's about the global Microsoft Game Usage Rules seen here:

    It depends on which console you're asking about. The forums for 360 Support and Xbox One support both have sub categories that you could select.

    What seems to be the problem though?

    I would suggest performing a power cycle and seeing if that works.

    You can do so by holding the power button for 10 seconds until it powers off and then unplugging for 10 seconds, after that plug it back in and turn on
