    not been recognised as gold member yet renewed it. should be getting 10% back on purchases not 5%. shown got a payment of £4.05 but should be doubled as stated im a gold member. any advice

    It depends on which console you're asking about. The forums for 360 Support and Xbox One support both have sub categories that you could select.

    What seems to be the problem though?
