    I'd like to speak to someone important who handles the sweepstake giveaways. I've spent over 1,000 points on the Xbox sweepstakes on different entries and I want to know if I don't win, did I just waste time on all those entries? I like doing search engine
    trivia and earning points. But I'd like to win also. If Microsoft isn't actually giving handing out giveaways to actual fans who love the service. Isn't that a horrible look on Microsoft's end?

    It depends on which console you're asking about. The forums for 360 Support and Xbox One support both have sub categories that you could select.

    What seems to be the problem though?

    Since that is a Microsoft Rewards offer and not an Xbox Rewards program offer, you would need to contact customer support for Microsoft Rewards via their redemption page.
