Discus and support support in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; i haven't received any of my Xbox rewards credits in awhile i have 30,100 credits and I have my 5,000 credit meter capped out and im still receiving...     i haven't received any of my Xbox rewards credits in awhile i have 30,100 credits and I have my 5,000 credit meter capped out and im still receiving credits and not getting anything in my wallet for months

    It's not about any of the Xbox's it's about the global Microsoft Game Usage Rules seen here:

    It depends on which console you're asking about. The forums for 360 Support and Xbox One support both have sub categories that you could select.

    What seems to be the problem though?

    Hello rag1ngcarnage,

    Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
    the following month. Also, we only automatically schedule deposits at 5000 or more Credits. Since the Credit event that scheduled your deposit occurred on the 30th last month, you will receive your deposit in the mid-month deposit this month.
