    It depends on which console you're asking about. The forums for 360 Support and Xbox One support both have sub categories that you could select.

    What seems to be the problem though?

    Is it possible to get a phone number for x box support? We are trying to do a account recovery and not having any luck.

    https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us    . Now you can click this link and set up a callback for support.
