    Hello, I was told to post here by the Xbox support team (Reference [Mod Removed]). I never received my $10 promo code for ordering Titanfall 2 a few days before it's release. I would like to have this issue resolved, since the code seems
    to never have been sent to my email address. Thank you.

    It depends on which console you're asking about. The forums for 360 Support and Xbox One support both have sub categories that you could select.

    What seems to be the problem though?

    Hey Imaganurry! The $10 gift cards are a Microsoft Store promotion, we do not have access to those promotions here on the forums. Did you purchase the game through the console or a physical store? Post back and let me know!
