my Xbox won't let me sign into my account what do i do ?

It depends on which console you're asking about. The forums for 360 Support and Xbox One support both have sub categories that you could select.

first try to sign in at http://account.microsoft.com and verify if everything is up to date and correct. Also check
http://account.microsoft.com/services and check if there are any issues with current subscriptions.

If both links show up to date information and not showing any issues or problems.

Then run the network test on the console to see if there are any issues with connecting to Xbox Live.

Also try a power cycle (full restart) of the console, with disconnecting power from the console for at least 60 seconds after console shutdown.

If both account and Xbox Live connection are fine and power cycling didn't fix the issue then it might be best to try and Remove and Redownload the profile on the console

It's best to power cycle (fully restart) the console between the removal of the account and the redownloading of the account
