    I cannot believe that a company the size of Microsoft does have email/phone support as a way to get in touch with them for warranty information! Not everyone uses or wants to use Twitter! The main difference between Apple and Microsoft, Apple stands behind
    their products and you can actually get help if something does happen to it! If this is the new way Microsoft is handling customers contacting them, I’m done with your products.

    It depends on which console you're asking about. The forums for 360 Support and Xbox One support both have sub categories that you could select.

    What seems to be the problem though?

    You can reach xbox support by going to support.xbox.com/contact-us to talk with chat support there or if in the US/Canada calling 1800 4 my xbox and they can help you out with any warranty information about your console.
