Support with communication ban

Hi,

I had an active suspension which involved me not being able to play online and also communicate online. This ban ended the 26/10/17 but i am still comm banned. Would it be possible to restrict this ban so that i am able to at least speak online to friends
only and not communicate with any other players online? i would also like to be made aware of why i am banned and if there is anything i can do to help this?

I'm having issues with communications

My Communication ban was lifted but I still cannot communicate with friends or anybody. I also went to my enforcement history and to verify that the ban was lifted. I cannot apply for a case review either. I was hit with a communication ban and then two
days later a harassment ban which didn't allow me to play multiplayer. Both bans show they have been lifted. I can finally play multiplayer but still cannot communicate which is weird since I received the communication ban first. Communication ban was set
to be lifted 7/11/17 at 5:30pm. The harassment ban was successfully lifted on 7/12/17 9:06 pm. I've tried everything and also called support. The instructed me that this was was my best bet to solve my problem since the enforcement team doesn't have a direct
line of contact. CAN SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP ME!!! I play games that involve extreme teamwork and communication!

 

ban not lifted

I received (wrongly) a communication ban which I sucessfully got overturned on review. I received an email last saturday morning at 5am approx to tell me that the ban was overturned. I am still banned 5 days later and have wasted my time with the so called
xbox support team. Why has my ban not been lifted even though i successfully had it reviewed? What comeback do I have? Why are the support team not able to have ANY communication with the enforcement team? This needs sorting

 

The enforcement team don't use the foums.

You would need to go to the enforcement site
here to see if you have an active suspension & file for a case review if eligible.

It is possible that during their investigation the enforcement team found other offences you had committed & have extended your suspension to 100 days.

100 day suspensions do not show on the enforcement site & can not be appealed.

You can try contacting support here & they should be able to see if your suspension has been extended but can not do anything about it.

Letting you be able to talk to your friends would defeat the purpose of a communication suspension.
