    Hey Xbox Insiders!

    We've recently made the new Support Virtual Agent available to Xbox Insiders in the United States and with English selected as their preferred language, and you can learn all about it here: Support Virtual Agent is Here to Help for Xbox Insiders Today!

    If you haven't checked it out yet, you can find it on https://support.xbox.com/contact-us. Sign in with the account you registered with the Xbox Insider Program, then you'll see the option to ask a question with the new Support Virtual Agent.

    We value your feedback! Please help us by using this new Support Virtual Agent and letting us know what you think. You can use the "thumbs up" or "thumbs down" buttons to provide feedback for each response, and the "Give feedback" option at the bottom of the page for more direct feedback.

    Why do you make it impossible to disable game bar?

    I actually run the latest microsoft insider build on my systems and that should have disabled it.

    You can contact the Microsoft support team to get help with them telling or turning it off for you, here's the link:

    After that chat loads, click on, "chat to an agent"

    No matter how many times I do the account recovery form, I am not being granted access to my own account. Can I please get real help?

    I have gotten to the Xbox support and gone through the virtual agent to help. Although, i does not give me an option to ask for the advanced department for the account takeover. Is there a number or am I in the wrong virtual agent?
