Support Unanswered, wow and you wonder why people get pissed off and leave the game

Another 2 and a half hours wasted....trying to figure this out.....why do we pay to play on xbox live? What do they offer, there is no customer support, they just give you suggestions and leave it up to you to figure it out.....Really starting to get pissed

Why aren't the Support Agents answering anyone about the lack of Limbo codes?

Theres loads of unanswered threads in the past week with plenty of *** off people.

This needs to be pushed up the line .

i'm wondering why its still available myself...how many people are going to be pissed off if they download the original game and then find out that a newer remastered version is available. i REALLY hope the game is for sale through marketplace ....plus its

What he describing is not phishing. That's social engineering. Either way with the amount of accounts this doesn't seem like it's either one of those that's causing these. Of course MS isn't going to admit to it. We are not guillible people who don't know
what phishing is. I even explained this to the customer support person and she was saying its amazing how they can get into people's accounts and that they've been dealing with a lot of them the last few months.
