Support team wasted my calls trying to get help on refund stuff how can I report my call so...

Like I said in call how was I supposed to know he works for Microsoft support if he couldn't get a supervisor or tell me anything to verify who he was besides Antonio <-"hate to say it but man's a lazy bones".I'd love to have this man's job easy and all you gatta be able to do is try an understand people's problems an stay positive like man don't appreciate what he has

I called support but they said its an active issue they are trying to fix and because its an active issue they would not refund my points so i could download it again. Its funny how there was no issue taking my money just with giving me what i paid for and
refunding me. So in the end they said to wait and see if my points get updated back to me and if not just keep calling back everyday until its no longer an active issue, then they can refund my points back to my account. Thats what you call the "run around",
telling me crap until I give up and they get to keep my money, as if they were not getting enough legitamently already. calling support does nothing but wastes my time, but thats what the bean counters want and how they structure supports limitations on refunds.
I don't blame support just the people who set their rules. I own my own business and if someone calls me with a complaint I refund them immediatly because even if they are lying, at least everyone they talk to knows I stand behind my product -not some made
up rules and regulations like all big business does. Support is no longer SUPPORT its fat cutters and we're the fat.

Let me start by saying sorry for all the issues you are having getting refund and that. When you get denied you can reply to that email and then tell them what happened. As they were able to refund one, not sure why they didn't the second.

Microsoft as of late has changed the contact us and how to get a refund. They are trying to make it more easy for the customers. I know that there are issues with it as personally had a similar experience. You can request a call from support and they can
look into the cases made for the refunds. I made a guide to get through the options to get to request a call from support.

When you go to Contact Us to get it to request a callback follow these
steps:

• Step 1 ----select Xbox One
  
• Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
  
• Step 3-----select show contact options
  
  Step 4 ----select request a call from support
  

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

Its funny i check my email i get a email from the support team about my call the title is : I have a frezzing or crashing issue with a game . This is not what i called about i called about a REFUND.

ok so now i was able to get in to 1 game that makes it 2 games so far i played on this game lol , at the end of this match im stuck at a black screen.
