Support request number

Provided you have received an e-mail from Customer Support (you should have depending on the issue you contacted them with), you should be able to find the reference number in there. If you haven't received an e-mail I would recommend reaching back out
to Customer Support as I believe they should be able to help provide it!

Should be on your email from Microsoft support if not contact Microsoft support again.

Good question!

If you have received any followup emails from contacting a support agent or from a refund request reply, the request number would be the 10 digit number in the subject of the email usually designated "SRX".

By the way, the correct and only way for you to get in contact with Xbox Support on the phone is to request a call through our customer support portal previously posted by Erick. You basically go through the steps, selecting the appropriate subject you're
contacting them about and it should give you the option.

Contact Us page and requesting to Chat with an agent to request this information.
