Support reponses Re: SoT Flintlock skin

I recently reported that I had not recieved my Flintlock skin for linking my mixer account to my Xbox account.

I noticed I was not the only one to report this, but what I have noticed is that there has been a generic response from all the support team. While this may be the case, the response
doesn't answer the question asked.

The question that has been raised is:

"Why have I not recieved the skin when I did everything that was required during the unlock window?"

The response was (paraphrased): "Everybody should have got it. See you in the next promotion."

While that answer may be correct, that is not the issue. SoT had a bumpy Launch, we were all told
"be patient and rewards will come through" this has not been the case.

I even clarified my position on the twitter support option. I didn't get a response at all, then 2 days later, then asked me for my feedback. Which I answered honestly, the issue wasn't resolved and my question wasn't even acknowledged.

What I think people would like to see is either:

1. An actual post into why this happened. With an apology if there is no fix.

2. A customer service rep look into the issue and fix it if possible.

3. Run the promotion again for a short window.

We can all accept that sometimes something goes wrong, but there should be a way to force an unlock for people who met the requirements. If not tell us that and apologise.

This customer service level is unacceptable in a situation where a small bit of information can make all the difference.

flintlock skin sent to my old account

Hi,

i reiceived my flintlock skin for Sea Of Thieves but it was sent to the wrong xbox live account i'm playing on pc.

My SoT save is on the [Mod Removed] account and the skin was sent to [Mod Removed] and i'm not using this account to play on SoT.

 

Still haven't received my Ebon Flintlock pistol for SoT

I still haven't received my Ebon Flintlock pistol skin for SoT. Their support directed me to creat a post here to make sure I get a code for it.

Can I please get some assistance for this issue?

We're afraid as we stated in our earlier messages, there will be no further code send-outs for this Mixpot promotion.

While we certainly understand the frustration with this and apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused, we provided the information we have in our previous messages regarding this promotion after the code fulfillment period had concluded.
