    Support problem


    Hello community

    I have submitted a support ticket for the repair of a XBox One controller. The repair got approved because it has warranty, so far so good.

    The support employee was very helpful and the call ended in him stating, that I will recieve the sending information in the next 72hrs. Those passed and haven't got anything.

    Should i recall the support or just wait longer?

    problems with support....

    So I finally got to talk to a member of the support team, but he left as I was following his instructions. He told me to hard reset my xbox one 15 times, which i did, but now i have no clue what to do. anybody have any suggestions what to do next?

    I would recommend for you to contact Live Support so they can assist in checking why the repair information hasn't been sent out

    The best way to reach Live Support would be here: Contact Us | Xbox Support

    It's going to ask if you want help from the virtual agent select no thanks, pick the category(Games) and just pick a contact method
    (request a call from support or Chat is faster).

    Hi Minimooo,

    Thanks for the advise, I'm having a bit of trouble with Firefox and Silverlight at the moment but I'll have to work on that one. Thanks for the heads up also, I'm a fairly new Ambassador so I have not been accepted for the forum yet. :)
