Ignore chat support and use the phoneline.

The customer support on the phoneline have the ability to credit your account with any loses there and then, I know as they have done it for me. I don't have the number but someone here will.

Strangely Microsoft is the worst company for online support when it comes to xbox, but there phoneline support is second to none.

Whats the number for the Dutch

phoneline? Microsoft is good at hiding those

Is the solicitor message on your phone or directly on your phoneline?

If it is on the phone can you borrow another phone to plug in to receive the call?

So is my browser faulty as well? I love xbox but am losing patience with the website, I need to contact xbox support and dont seem to be able to, the phoneline always put you on hold, and if u try to acces.it through xbox.com, it just plain doesn't work...
