    I am having a problem and want to speak to a support agent. There is no number listed on my account profile page to call and there is an option to request a callback but it isn't working and just keeps saying can't process.

    What is your support phone number ???

    And why can't you just have it on my account when I log in ???

    Regarding the availability of the call, it depends on the country you are in and the operator's availability. I'll provide you with the direct link to request assistance. Just log in, and you can see the type of support available to select.

    If you don't see the option for a call, or if it's not currently available, you can always try again at another time of the day. Naturally, during this holiday period, assistance requests are more frequent, and it may be harder to find availability with a customer support representative.

    Ignore chat support and use the phoneline.

    The customer support on the phoneline have the ability to credit your account with any loses there and then, I know as they have done it for me. I don't have the number but someone here will.

    Strangely Microsoft is the worst company for online support when it comes to xbox, but there phoneline support is second to none.

    If it is on the phone can you borrow another phone to plug in to receive the call?

    So is my browser faulty as well? I love xbox but am losing patience with the website, I need to contact xbox support and dont seem to be able to, the phoneline always put you on hold, and if u try to acces.it through xbox.com, it just plain doesn't work...
