for last 4 years i have been trying to sort these issues out tryed forums yet constant uh oh you seemed to encountered a glitch finally after every day of trying finaly get one throu

back in november 2014 there was a promotional offer regarding buying certain game and complete by date ect aka by halo master chief and black ops 3 we give you 10,000 microsoft points. buy both by certain date and buy complet package aka like season pass
full package not just standard edition and recieve ear,y access and we will give you 30,000 ontop this never happened i have since then bought other season passes and complet games and not recieved much or anything back in reward points

even just recently bought monster hunter full package and not recieved anything

i also have 14,500 microsoft points that wher supposed to clear on the 15th which istoday and nothing is showing in my balance to spend wasted £50 on phone credit calling xbox support to either be hung up on or passed around i am part of a gaming community
we run over 35,000 people world wide and for me to promote xbox rewards when im not even recieving benifits as much myself is hard to promote look forward to youre responce i shall not look on forum incase it crashes again but would really aprreciate a call
directly or a link to my email where can discuss live quicker many thanx hope we can resolve these several issues

im not getting my xbox live reward points

hi, im , I have been a member since may 2014, i have automatic renewal on xbox live and not getting xbox live reward points for 2015, and 2016. i will be renewing next month and not getting points. since 2014 i only have 4400 points. i have
purchased games and got getting points for it. need help.

this is what i mean passed from one link to another to another to another since 2014 i have been flobbed off to one place to another following links fed up lived and gone way beyond argumenttive stage im raging please give me direct linnk to them

Thanks for the clarification, TheLostBoy1! The email that was sent was specifically for the 50,000 Rewards points. The £50 promotion was sent to users on their Xbox 360 dashboard, and is not related. You will want to post up in our
Rewards Support forums about the 50,000 Rewards points. The Rewards points should be deposited in your account on 11/15/2014 for this promotion, so please hold off on posting until after that date.
