So, I bought a $24.99 Gold Prepaid card. Put in the code, made sure my subscription was set, then went to play a game. Only to be hit with the "Go Gold" menu. Of course, I press B, since I have gold. Don't need to buy more right now. And yet, just as if
I didn't have a paid subscription active, I don't get to play. I tried restarting the Xbox, rechecking my subscription, nothing changed. I decide to pick a different game, thinking "Well, let's make sure it's an account problem". Except, this time, it doesn't
hold me back. I get in just fine. Now my first thought is, "Oh hey, it's fixed!" Yeah, it wasn't. So I decide to go online and see if there's a way to get help. Find all sorts of ways, honestly, but instead of going with some random forum, I decide to go straight
to the source, and use Microsoft's help options. At first, it went well, I was getting close to where I thought I'd get help. And then, when it told me i could talk to somebody, I waited 30 minutes. Nothing happened. Keep in mind, there is no one in line.
0. I decide to refresh, then after 5 repeats, go down a different path. I ignored the virtual assistant option, and went straight to "Contact Support". I was sent to a screen that reloaded itself 20 times without me doing anything, until it showed a red error
message. It stated that it had recorded too many authentication attempts, and I should try later. I again, repeat 5 times. Still the same thing. At this point? I don't even give a **** about getting the Xbox live. Honestly? I want my money back. Because this
is ridiculous. So if any of you **** who are apparently "Available to talk to at any time" make room in your apparently very busy schedule to read this, I would love to hear your advice on how to fix my problem, at which point id be more than happy to apologise
to you. If anyone else reads this, who isn't affiliated with support, and can offer advice that works, helps me, then I would like to express my extreme disappointment in the service I've seen so far.

Thank you for coming to the forums with such a great and unique question. I don't think there are any current deals between Microsoft and Zoom so I think it is unlikely that any support for this application will appear on a Microsoft product in the near
future. But who knows? Maybe one day you will be able to access it straight from your Xbox console.

side are using Google Meet, with old zoom users and countries transferring to meet with Microsoft stuff meetings happening with gmeet skype even discord for the xbox team.
