Support inappropriate?

can you test the controller on an Xbox? (take it round to a friend's if you don't have one)

it could be a fault with the controller.

if your controller is less than 90 days old you can get it repaired under warranty (possibly longer if you bought it from a shop rather than Xbox store)

if the problem is with the controller then you might be better off getting a wired 360 controller (cheaper and better build quality in my opinion. I used an Afterglow 360 controller on my PC for over 10 years with no problems)

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums with this situation. Regarding the Xbox One controllers, they may or may not support Bluetooth.

Bluetooth in relation to the controller, however, does not support any attachments, such as headsets, chatpads, or the Xbox Stereo Adapter.
