Support Hanging Up On Me Repeatedly

I am aware that technical issues can occur, however this seems intentional.

I have a question about an in-game cosmetic bundle that was automatically awarded to players in Halo infinite for playing the beta before a certain date. I was not given this bundle despite being fairly certain I am eligible. This was an automatic item set unlocking and not a paid bundle.

I requested a call back from support and was promptly put on hold for 50 minutes before being hung up on. I requested another call back, which was escalated to someone else who asked all the same questions and lasted 10 minutes before I was hung up on again. Third time I was transferred to more advanced support who was very understanding and knowledgeable, and then while on hold was disconnected again.

Because 3 call backs is the daily limit I have effectively been ignored and locked out of support. I use this phone fairly often and for extended periods of time and never have a single call drop.

The questions they asked me made it clear they did not understand the issue I was having which further leads me to believe they gave up and hung up on me instead of escalating my issue to a higher, more knowledgeable, support tier. At no point was I rude or impatient either. I merely had an issue beyond their scope.

How am I actually supposed to get any meaningful support like this?

Please explain more in depth... You Bought a game and your card was charged??? Pretty sure that's how it works.

By the way support just hangs up if you are insulting and don´t stop.

I never had any of them hang up on me and no one ever put me in a hold for 3 hours.

Maybe it´s the way you communicate with people?

They really are the worst customer service ever. They tell you to run to the forums for everything but it gets you no where. I foresee sony having a good cycle this time around

I actually was trying to buy the BO 2 game which was on sale for $40. However, the Marketplace was under maintenance and by the time it was not under maintenance anymore, the game was $60, not $40. I was told to start a forum discussion, however I don't
think a forum discussion could help anything.
