    Today I waited two hours in line for customer support, only to be auto signed out while first in line
    despite selecting "stay signed in." I was then sent to the back of the line when I signed back in.

    I'm using Safari
    Thars your issue

    Safari doesnt play nice either

    You can google it

    Safari and chrome having issues with fb and games and multiple forums

    Especiablly mobile browser

    To get around tbis issue on android or ios

    People use taptalk for forums and well fb app

    And game apps

    Yes but if you are using chrome it doednt play nice with some java script

    Hence the issues with forums and fb and fb games

    Auto log out is an in-site account feature, which I disabled

    You do realize that a website cant help it if you have browser issues

    Have yoi tried clearing cache? Or using a non chrome browser like edge or firefox

    Which are more.compliant
