Hi there

When i try to start a chat with the XBOX360 support team i need to fill in name and surname . But unfortunatly the fields where i should fill in are geyed out so i cant write in there. My mailadress is allready filled in in a greyed out field.

The cause why i wanted to chat is that i want to know if the Kinect360 sensor is available for sale since i can't find it in the store.

Madden16 for xbox360

i have bought madden16 for xbox360 from the game store after playing it for couple months now it is saying I can not play it and refers me to ixbox support

You can try Gamestop to see if they have one for sale. If you want it brand new though you might have to go on amazon or ebay to get it in that condition. Hope this helps.

Sorry to hear about the issue! Please check that you have billing information filled out in your
Microsoft Commerce account (don't worry - you don't need to add a credit card or anything, just fill out the address). Once that is updated, you should be able to use the chat service.

You can get the applications directly from the xbox store, an application should appear on the xbox that says applications and there you can find netflix, youtube, etc.
