    is the support site https://vsa.services.microsoft.com/en-za/ legitimate? I had an issue with a game and went there and the person I spoke with made me uncomfortable

    1. She had bad spelling mistakes

    2. Asked me to share my screen

    3. asked for my birthday

    4. asked for my email address

    and used symbols like ^^ and :;'

    I left afterward, but I wanted to know if it was a real assistant or a scammer trying to get my info?

    It depends on which console you're asking about. The forums for 360 Support and Xbox One support both have sub categories that you could select.
