    I ordered a product, cancelled it within a half hour. Received the notice that they were in the process of cancelling it. The order was still processed (as a temp charge), I managed to reach a support person on line by shear luck who told me not to worry, plenty of time to cancel the shipment and then I would be refunded. Exact words. Well the shipment arrived two days later, the charge went through and I refused to accept the delivery. Opened a case with PayPal. I sent proof that the shipment was accepted on their end and the on line support person said my refund would be completed in 3 days, again their words. So now it has been more than 3 days, no response from Support, the phone number on pay pal for Microsoft is for direct tv or some other random thing. So here I sit, they have my 500 and the gaming system and I have no one to call. Quite the deal for Microsoft.

    Call them back and tell them it's not there, I just checked for you, it offers, Ambassador chat or twitter, or call back etc, no email.

    I am not getting the help I need and no one is available to actually talk. Ben was so helpful he made all the notes in my account and when he tried to transfer me we were disconnected
