http://support.xbox.com/en-ca/contact-us has no link to chat with a live person, yet this is the link provided when all virtual agent choices are exhausted.

Virtual agent claims to be sending me to a place to live chat with a real person, but this is untrue and results in an endless loop of encounters with the virtual agent.

This trap was by design and was updated within the last year or so. The motivation for a business to do this is to make more money and to frustrate their loyal customers causing a downfall of the company by "the enemy within" strategy. The way out is immediate
firing of those "enemy within" responsible for this malicious behavior toward the loyal customer and the company.

If no live persons are available, then this should be the verbiage presented so that no one's valuable time is wasted. An hours available indication should also be presented. If this time includes the present, then a link should be provided to report a web
page coding error--unless there are more "enemies within" lurking within the organization requiring further immediate purging.

It is the correct site. Click "no thanks" under the virtual assistant to bypass it and after a couple of questions you are given other options for contacting support which include chatting with them or requesting a call back. If you dont see those options,
change your topic.

Hi, I don't seem to see an option for me to submit a request. When I clicked on the contact us link, I could only see phone support or web chat. I tried multiple issues, but none of them were able to lead me to Phone Support, Web Chat or a Submit Requests page.

Please advise on how I'd get to the Submit Request page

The market place is down at the moment once that issue has been resolved you should have no issues anymore unfortunaly being on IE on xbox I can' t paste a link to the live status page but it can be found under support section on this web site you will
find more info there If the issue persists after it is fixed please contact xbox support via the contact us link at the bottom of the main page .
