    Been like this for days. I need to fix an account issue and cannot. Tried entering the number with +44 and with 0 and without, nothing works.

    What's the point having a virtual agent that does nothing? Sort it out MS.

    Why Can I not Contact MS/Xbox Support?

    Hello again, this is really weird, because in the support page option you have the option to choose a virtual agent 24/7, after going through the virtual agent you will be serviced by a human.
