why cant I enter my "REQUIRED FIRST OR LAST NAME" on the support area site?? I need help with a downloadable card that I purchased ,,cant get anywhere????

when will you fix your web site? support does not know what they are doing.

just spent two hours on the phone to support from one to another seven times and problem still not fixed. I come back to the site to get the message below that won't let me enter my name, so no help at all.

in my MS profile it shows the first name and the last name. But in the chat window when I want to enter sujbect to let me chat with the support team, I can not submit as it is not showing last name and neither does it let me enter, since it is an out field
which is disabled for entry.

I am having the exact same issue. I want to contact them for a while now, but whenever I sign in to chat it requires my first name and last name. When I try to enter the info, it won't allow me to type anything at all. The e-mail info is correct though.
This problem is starting to frustrate me. Please fix this ASAP!

No phone number on contact page. Attempted chat with IE, Edge, Firefox and chrome. It requires I enter first and last name but fields are grayed out and do not allow for entry. Attempt to proceed fails due to empty name fields
