    Support cannot unblock my account


    Hi all. For about one month of trying, i decided to try and ask here and hope for similar cases.

    Let's make it short...

    One month ago, my account got compromised. I contacted support and they helped me with recovering BUT because i had some steps to do, just in case they decided to share my case with high level support and when all that was in progress, like i said, i managed to change all account information's and on top of that, i added almost all of security verification's (email verification, phone verification...etc.). It was all done, i was playing game's for about a week. Then, i got an email from high level support saying that my account will be permanently blocked because the account information's have been changed while everything was in process of recovery. I contacted support, sent recovery request's a bunch of times and every time i did that i always got similar response, there was one saying they cannot do anything because of TFA, but i activated that, i have access to TFA.

    Don't know what else to try, i just need to talk to someone, to explain that i have full rights and access to account and all the information, not just to confirm, but for access too.

    Can't change account into adult because parental + new user agreement

    If you don't know the parental e-mail on the account you need to contact phone support. The Account Recovery form is the only way to free an account from a blocked status.
    If you cannot unblock it then you cannot access the account.

    Thank you for your prompt response.

    It seems that there was an issue unblocking your account by our back-end support and it was found out lately that the attempt to unblock was unsuccessful. It could be that your account was banned on the old Xbox platform and they cannot revert the process and we are sad to say that creating a new account is the option left.

    We truly appreciate for bringing this to us and as much as we want to help unblocking the account with the assistance from the back-end support, the attempt was unsuccessful.
