    Support callback not working


    Hi, I've gone through support and need to access the callback feature. I go through the process and after I put my phone number in it just keeps saying there's a problem at our end we are working on it. It's been like this all day does anyone know what the issue is and how long it's likely to be before the system is working again.

    I have done this numerous times. I can’t actually contact them as the only option to speak to somebody in person is a call back and this is broken - constantly receiving error message. I have seen that this has been an issue for lots of people for many years. Very frustrating it has not been resolved yet and I am still unable to contact Microsoft
