The support site it takes me to is this: https://beta.support.xbox.com/ and whenever I click anything (like xbox settings) it brings me back to that site, and I also should be
on an adult account.

First try contacting Xbox Support and this is probably a bug a really weird bug and also try resetting your Xbox.

Zoo Tycoon demo got a bug,this is why it still appears....This is a well know bug (Xbox support) and should be fix soon.

it has nothing to do with it. You can try it yourself - the Problem is most Router Firmwares don´t show all devices connected. In my Firmware I can see all connections all ports used and so on for every device. My xbox gets double connected if it knows my
WPA2 Key. This should not happen. If someone told me in earlier times that xbox connect double - i would have said - that´s not possible - but it is !
