    Bom Dia!

    Preciso de uma ajuda...

    Comprei um Xbox One para o meu filho.

    O controle apresentou defeito depois de 2 dias, botão RB.

    Tentei por 2 vezes usar o caminho pelo site:

    - Seguir o passo a passo de suporte (Não há suporte por telefone ou chat)

    - Digitar o número de série para verificar se está na garantia

    - Solicitar a troca e gerar um número de serviço

    Na primeira tentativa recebi um email automático em Inglês falando que haveria um contato em 24 horas. Não recebi nada após isso. (SRX 1500143658 ID)

    Depois de 3 dias fiz novamente o processo e gerou um novo código de chamado.

    Recebi o email dessa segunda vez e posteriormente um contato, mas informaram que já havia um chamado aberto e cancelaram o chamado novo. (SRX 1500195354 ID)

    Argumentei o que tinha ocorrido, cheguei a enviar alguns dados que me pediram, mas já faz uns 5 dias que não tenho mais retorno.

    Resumindo, não consigo contato e meu filho não consegue usar o presente de aniversário.

    Não consigo contato via fone ou chat, só emails que não estão ajudando.

    Sou fã de Xbox, tenho um e comprei outro para o meu filho, mas o atendimento nesse casos está bem aquém do que se espera da Microsoft.

    Preciso de ajuda. Vocês vão me dar suporte ou não?

    After 3 days I did the process again and generated a new calling code.

    I received the email this second time and later a contact, but informed that there was already an open call and canceled the new call. (SRX ID 1500195354)

    I argued what had happened, I even sent some data that asked me, but it's been about 5 days that I have no return.

    In short, I can't get in touch and my son can't wear his birthday present.

    I can't get in touch via phone or chat, just emails that aren't helping.

    I'm an Xbox fan, I have one and bought another for my son, but the service in these cases is well below what is expected of Microsoft.

    I need some help. Are you going to support me or not? ]

    Hi Thiagovenzol,

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have question on repair. If you already requested an exchange and gave you a service number. Then you will get an email on how to ship your controller in. If only two days old, why not try going back
    to where you purchased the controller. Most places have a 5 day return policy. If you contact support you will need to provide them with the first service number you got so they can assist that case which should be the request for exchange.

    I bought it for my kid's 7 years old birthday.

    It arrived one week later, so I opened after 7 days. There's no 5 day return policy.

    When you wrote:

    "If you contact support you will need to provide them with the first service number you got so they can assist that case which should be the request for exchange."

    That's exactly what I'm trying to do since i had this issue.

    How can I do that?

    - Phone: There's no support for this issue (0800 761 7454)

    - Chat: No support here too

    - email: nobody gives me an answer as you can read in my first post

    Can you give me a solution?

    Já falei com o suporte e falaram que pelo controle não ser de origem nacional e não estar disponível no Brasil, eu teria que mandar o controle para o suporte do Xbox na Alemanha para conseguir usar a garantia.
