Discus and support Supervisor from Microsoft sent me here in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; Have been on phone with xbox 5 plus times spoke with Bethesda 2x found out today via a supervisor to post here for help.....HELP.     Supervisor from Microsoft sent me here


    Have been on phone with xbox 5 plus times spoke with Bethesda 2x found out today via a supervisor to post here for help.....HELP. This really is getting upsetting on my part for something that I feel should be a simply code issue on a pre order....

    Was originally under header didn't get my fallout 3 code after preordering fallout 4 and the rest applies on above

    This has been 6 plus days from above post still haven't received any help a Microsoft supervisor is also involved he advised to bump post....all I need is my codes that I should have received when getting my fallout 4 preorder....I need the codes for the
    fallout 3.....

    If your involved with a Microsoft supervisor then he would have given you the codes if need be. The person you are speaking with is phone support who do not know how the forums work.

    The support agents who work on the forums start from the bottom of the list and work their way up. By bumping your thread you've just moved it to the bottom of their list.
