Supermarket Shriek can't sync on Game Pass PC?

I've downloaded and booted Supermarket Shriek previously and didn't have a problem, but now for some reason when I launch the game, it says that it can't sync and gives me the option to play offline or to try again.

No matter how many times I hit try again, it won't go through and when I hit play offline, it doesn't have my progress and won't unlock any achievements for me.

Is there a way to solve this issue?

Hello,

I've had those issue with other games before, and a solution I found was unplugging the PC from the power source or shutting down the PC, leaving it to rest for 10-20 seconds and then rebooting the PC and game.

I gave it a shot in the dark but this didn't seem to help. Thanks though.

The thing is that other games seem to work just fine, like Riverbond for example. It syncs to 100% without issue and I can play the game.

These are all from Games with Gold & Game Pass. I have loved a lot of games from both programs, but there will always be some games you just don't enjoy.
