    So for starters I don't exactly remember what I did, but I know it was dumb and wrong (The ban was from June 2013) I was very young and dumb and didn't really care what I did or quite frankly to who I did it too. But here we are 5 years later and I got an
    Xbox one S and logged on just to realize 5 years ago I was Perma ban. So I contacted live support with the mind set that nothing could probably be done but I wanted to at least try. Turns out she referred me here so I could get some feedback from the enforcement
    team. I understand the TOS a bit better now that I am much older and have a bit more respect for myself and others. I just would like to enjoy online gaming again and this has been my account since the start. Hopefully some understanding can be made and possibly
    a second chance. Thank you for reading.

    Told to post this here by Xbox Support...

    you would have to contact Bungie only they can handle any Halo based suspensions/bans, not MS, sorry.

    Regarding your situation, the best option I would advise to create/use a new Xbox Live Account (likely a new Microsoft Account) since when an account is banned permanently it will stay that way.

    Support is known for providing incorrect info regarding enforcement, and telling people to come to the forums. The only thing I can direct you to do is create a new account at http://bit.ly/xbxlvacc.

    If you submited a case review within the first 12 months of the ban being issued, you would have had the chance to (very rarely) have the ban lifted.

    Unfortunately, now that the ban is 6 years old (wow, the Xbox One is that old?) there is nothing that can be done. Sorry
