    Super Deluxe Madden NFL 17 EA Access Code Accidentally Deleted


    Hi. I preordered the super deluxe edition of madden nfl 17 a few months back. It comes with a free trial of EA Access, redeemable through a code they message you. I either never got the message or accidentally deleted it. I tried contacting customer support
    but they redirected me here. How can I recover my code?

    For a limited time pre-order Madden NFL 17 and receive a code for one month of EA Access**. The code for EA Access will be delivered to your Xbox message center in 7-10 days. This offer is available for a limited time only and you must redeem
    your EA Access code by September 9, 2016. You can redeem the code on your console or at xbox.com/redeemcode.
    Unfortunately, we are unable to generate or acquire advance codes. If you don't have your code by August 27, 2016, feel free to post a new thread.

    I accidentally deleted the message you sent which contained the code for the one month of EA Access included in my purchase of FIFA 17 Super Deluxe Edition Pre-Order, before I could redeem the code. I made the purchase on my Xbox in the Store on 6/27/16.
    I either need a new code, or my old one resent to me.
