Sunset Overdrive - can't start the game (Windows 10 Xbox Game pass)

Sunset Overdrive is now available on Windows 10 and Steam, so here is a few things you should know about!

• This game is not an Xbox Play Anywhere game. Users who purchased the game on Xbox One will need to purchase the Windows 10 version as well if they wish to play on Windows.
• This game is not a part of Game Pass on Windows 10. It will remain in the Xbox One Game Pass library but that access will not extend to the Windows 10 platform for Game Pass subscribers.
• Sunset Overdrive will not have online multiplayer on Windows 10
• Sunset Overdrive will only be available via Game Pass on Xbox One and will not be available through Game Pass on Windows 10.
  
• The Windows 10 version of Sunset Overdrive will not have online multiplayer features.
• There is no subscription required to play on Windows 10.
• As this game is not an Xbox Play Anywhere game, the game saves will not transfer from the Windows 10 platform to the Xbox One platform.

it is hard to help without a error code but it sounds like the game could not create a save or can not sync the save with the live network.

Unfortunately, if this is the case, there are many reasons for this:

• It may be that the game or XBOX services still needs an update (please
  Check for updates for apps and games from Windows Store)
• Check if all 4 XBOX Services and the 2 gaming service are running (via taskmanager).
  
• Maybe your can not sync because of network timeout so Try to use another DNS (for example goggle/opendns) and if you still connected via wireless try a RJ45 cable

sorry to hear. First of all try to Play the game after you added adminitrator privileges to your account. If this do help to solve the Problem Try
to play with a clean boot.

Hi, I appreciate you taking your time to help me. I tried both options but unfortunely they didn't work. I also got the newest Windows update, and updated my driver, but still - it doesn't work.

Same problem with shoe closet and litter through Xbox game pass version of sunset overdrive
