Sunset Overdrive Autosave Menu Loop with PC Game pass

I deleted my save from everywhere and it still didn't work. Yesterday, though, when I tried to play the game on my computer after deleting the save from my xbox, I got a message saying something about content restrictions, but it wasn't there today.

Thank for confirming that unfortunately the suggestions I provided did not work for you. I have escalated this issue to one of my team members and we are looking into this specific problem. Unfortunately, again, these suggestions were unsuccessful, so I don't think the issue is with cloud saves.

Thank you for the video that shows me the issue that is occurring with Sunset Overdrive on your PC. I am going to further investigate this problem and see if someone on my team can help me with this. In the meantime, let's try another suggestion and this just to see if there is an issue with the cloud save causing this problem. Please do the following in the order presented

Solution 1: Play games offline on Windows 10 using Offline mode; this error could also be attributed to issues with the Microsoft store not recognizing your entitlement to the game. Would you please click on this link Play games offline on Windows 10 using Offline mode | Xbox Support. Then scroll down and click on the drop-down arrow and look at the steps for How to enable offline play on your device

Solution 2: Once you have completed the first suggestion, disconnect from the internet and then try to play Sunset Overdrive offline and let me know if that solved the issue. I want to rule out cloud save issues.

I wanted to update you on the situation, and I received a suggestion that hopefully works. My first question is having you played Sunset Overdrive on console, in addition to the PC Version? If no, then here is what I need you to please try.

Solution 1:

1. Sign-out of the Xbox App
   
2. Launch the game
   
3. Then when it prompts you to sign-in, please do so
   
4. Then let me know if that fixed the issue
   

If you have played this on your Xbox Console before, then I need you to do the following

Solution 2:

1. Turn on your xbox
   
2. Go to Games & App
   
3. Locate Sunset Overdrive
   
4. Press hamburger button (Start button)
   
5. Select mange install
   
6. Then delete save file from everywhere
   

This should clear and issue with corrupted save file.

Please let me know if this fixed your issue.
