Summer Spotlight Sale punchcard isn't working on my Microsoft Rewards on Xbox app

Hello there. Last month I seen the Summer Spotlight Sale on the Microsoft Rewards App and it states that if you spend $50 or more on Xbox One titles, they'll reward you with 5,000 Microsoft Points ($5). So I seen that the game Aliens: Fireteam Elite was a part of the sale and I preordered the Deluxe edition of the game back on August 14th. It was around $75 dollars. Since then I have launched and played the game, but I haven't been able to receive my 5,000 points yet. Still shows that I spent $0/$50. I have tried to request a call from Customer support but their page is glitched/bugged. The Summer Spotlight Sale will end on September 6th. Can anyone help me?

Hi Talleeperson,

Are you referring to the Summer Spotlight sale https://www.xbox.com/en-US/promotions/summer-spotlight, if so the version of the game appears to be the base
game for Age of Wonders Planetfall.
