summer spotlight gift card

Hello

During the summer spotlight event, I spent more than enough on qualifying titles to earn the £8 gift card, but have not received it yet.

The only pages pertaining to the event now have no details on them, who would I contact to resolve this?

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear about the issue with Microsoft Rewards. I recommend logging into your Microsoft
Rewards account.

Then go to the rewards request form and submit a
form for them to look into. Sometimes takes a little bit for the quests to update also.

Hi!

Ive already been through the Rewards Team, using that form, and they told me that as the promotion was run in conjunction with Xbox, it was Xbox that would have to issue me the gift card, as they are unable to. They then sent me to xbox support.

I spoke to Xbox Support who said that i needed to come here because the Promotions Team would have to issue me with the gift card as Xbox Support was unable to.

Is there any way of checking who is responsible for issuing the gift card for that promotion, because i dont really want to go in a circle again?
