Summer Spotlight gift card offer

I completed the punchard for the Summer Spotlight Sale deal (spend so much in the sale and complete the card) and got the reward points for it. But the offer also included a $10 gift card for Game Pass Ultimate members, and i never received it?

I have contacted the reward team who said that i needed to contact Xbox support. So i contacted them, and they have directed me here.

Any help would be appreciated!

Hi!

Ive already been through the Rewards Team, using that form, and they told me that as the promotion was run in conjunction with Xbox, it was Xbox that would have to issue me the gift card, as they are unable to. They then sent me to xbox support.

I spoke to Xbox Support who said that i needed to come here because the Promotions Team would have to issue me with the gift card as Xbox Support was unable to.

Is there any way of checking who is responsible for issuing the gift card for that promotion, because i dont really want to go in a circle again?

Rewards account.

Then go to the rewards request form and submit a
form for them to look into. Sometimes takes a little bit for the quests to update also.

Keep in mind that rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. If you bought Fortnite during the Summer Spotlight offer, it would have counted towards that offer instead of your rebate.
